(2nd mayoral debate offers free memory)
Hey, there are only 137 people I send this to. I offer advice and sometimes senseless rants but I’m right about 90% of the time which is why you read me. I do this kind of ‘inside the story’ presentation journalism and it works for me.
Works for you too judging from the hits my columns get no matter where they’re posted. At present, I’m posting from within the 2007 Mayoral campaign and, as usual, I know more about what’s really happening than any other journalist covering the affair.
Want to live inside a soap opera?
There are 76 days left until the November election. For Progressives, there are really only two powers left in the contest and one of them isn’t even running for office.
Start by coming to Salon today and segue your memory on into the debate at 5pm in front of City Hall. Then, you can follow the scene on over to the Temple Bar after the debate or watch candidate George Davis and his friends get arrested in Civic Center for exposing themselves to children on the playgrounds there. George, like Gerardo Sandoval, has already endorsed the Mayor you know. So, keep in mind that when Davis whips it out and waves it in front of the kids … he represents the Mayor of San Francisco.
See you there?
