So, of 9 measures out there (3 Ordinances and 6 Charter changes), I find myself supporting 4 and damning the above 5. Those that I favor:

Actually does what it says.

It’s a positive scandal that some of these assholes have been screwing the public for (some of them) up to 20 years or more.
